Caledonia Strikes a Blow for Contextuality

That's the skeleton of the vaunted Caledonia rising there in the middle, as seen from the 8th floor of the Chelsea Hotel.  See how nicely it fits in with the surrounding housing projects -- "Contextually" one Caledonia_2 might say.  This is what you get for your millions in todays overheated housing market.  Of course, they're surrounding the Caledonia with a shell of glass panels, so that it will look "Better" than the projects when completed, more "modern".  But all it really means in practice is that your million dollar condo will leak like a sieve while your neighbors in the projects remain cozy and dry.  But a least you can look out at the Highline. -- Ed Hamilton
