The Best Superstars Are Dead or No Shows at the Gershwin

Our guy from Australia happens to be in NYC this week. You'll be reading more about him on this blog later.  Yesterday, he drug himself out of his cozy warm room to party crash the Warhol celebration over at the Gershwin.  OGFA writes, "As exciting as was, there isn't much to say just now except that I went to a reunion of some of the remaining Superstars and freaked out at the proximity. In all truth, the Superstars who interest me most are either dead or didn't show up." Plus, "the Gershwin is vile BTW- such a bad attempt at creating a sort-of-Chelsea but it's all ritzy and clean. Yuk."
