No BD at the Chelsea Hotel?
No one from BD has shown up yet at the Hotel as of 9:30 a.m. Reportedly the locks on the manager's offices have been changed. Maybe Marlene Krauss can send in some armed guards to keep them out like she did the Bards. We're afraid they might cart off pieces of the famed staircase.
Who is running the bldg? THE RESIDENTS!!!!!

A David Combs painting of the Hotel is missing from the second floor corridor, as is a work by Arthur Weinstein.......

which painting of weinstein's is missing? just visited the west end of 2 and saw that the combs oil was gone. this is the same one that a store on 8th avenue sells prints of. whoever took it, put it back

I just saw Jerry Weinstein escorting guests to their room. This is a not a good sign. Where is the lay about Board Member whom you might notice the Post didn't bother talking to!

Well said. Bring back the Bards, go back to your own lives, and all will be forgiven David and Marlene. You've turned the hotel into a shell of itself and the only renovation that will restore it is giving it back to the Bards. That would be the honorable thing to do. Are the two falling heirs capable?

Perhaps a nice "TAKEN OVER BY THE RESIDENTS" banner is in order,or something along those lines.You could lure Elder away on a snipe hunt and then lock the doors.
