Could this be a New York outpost of San Francisco's incredible Tommy's Mexican? If so we are in for the best margaritas ANYWHERE: http://www.tommystequila.com/

Hopefully the food will be better than the slop Maryanne's serves. It seems that the worse the Mexican food is, the longer the line to get in. As long as the Margaritas are big, there will be a line of 25y/o jr. account executives waiting to get in. Well, at least it isn't another bank.
