Almost every day a new version of this song pops up on youtube.com For those of you who don't know the history Leonard Cohen wrote this song to commemorate a one night stand with Janis Joplin, which occurred here a the famed Hotel Chelsea. You have to admit the song contains one of the most memorable lines ever written in a popular song, "giving me head on the unmade bed." By the way, which version do you prefer?
